Jisc has just published the IT Infrastructure review key findings report  a synthesis of 69 Infrastructure reviews conducted over the past 4 years across the FE sector.

The infrastructure review is a desk-based analysis of an organisation’s IT support service and underpinning infrastructure technologies. Examining areas such as strategy, IT support, data networks, endpoint device management, servers and cloud services. This results in a comprehensive report highlighting any key points that may be a concern with practical recommendations aimed at resolving those issues.

This updated key findings report highlights what has generally been observed as the main issues facing IT managers across the UK over the past 4 years. This is an update to the previous key findings report published in 2020.
